We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email cards@2cool4tcg.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item(s), showing their condition
All return requests are subject to review and approval before being accepted.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, if applicable

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Return Shipping & Risk

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- *Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, returns may be denied if the item shows signs of handling, wear, grading attempts, or tampering.*If a return request is denied after inspection, the item will be returned to the customer in its current condition at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any damage incurred prior to or during the return shipment initiated by the customer.
